It takes time to make treasure…

About me
Kimberly holds a BS in Social Sciences and MA in Community Mental Health Counseling. She has loved babies since she was an active teen in her church. She was blessed to carry and birthed one child and her breastfeeding journey was great. She worked in higher education for over 20 years mentoring students through degree attainment. She began taking yoga to calm her worries and learned how to focus on one thing...to Just Be.
The yoga chapter led her to three levels of yoga, foundation, advanced and perinatal. Kimberly taught yoga in studios, in parks, in recreation centers and on college campuses.....Just Be Connected Yoga.
As a certified doula and community health worker, Kimberly blends the two to support pregnant parents through their journey to parenthood, with the love of a mama bear, the honesty of an auntie, the laughter of a friend and the experience and wisdom of a community momma. We were not meant to parent alone or by ourselves. We were not meant to go through life by ourselves as a nuclear family of 3 plus a dog. We were meant to be connected by bringing our time, talents and treasure so that we all might have a greater fuller life....Just Be Connected.Live
Making sure that you are the main focus of a receptive and supportive team, is what I’m all about.
